We designed Account Settings to be straightforward: update your phone number, change your password, link or remove payment methods like DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank virtual accounts (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment), and review your login history. All changes take effect immediately, and we log every modification so you can spot unauthorized access.
What surgaplay Account Settings Covers
Our surgaplay Account Settings menu is divided into five main areas: Profile, Security, Payments, Notifications, and Session Management. Each area controls a different aspect of your account. Profile holds your name, email, phone number, and address — the data we use for KYC verification. Security manages your password, two-factor authentication (2FA), and login history. Payments lets you ad, edit, or remove DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank VA payment methods.
Notifications control which alerts surgaplay sends to your phone — match updates, deposit confirmations, withdrawal status, and promotional messages. Session Management shows your active login sessions across devices and lets you log out remotely if you spot an unfamiliar login from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan.
We keep your account data encrypted at rest and in transit. When you update your settings, we log the change with a timestamp and your device fingerprint. This audit trail helps us detect suspicious activity and helps you verify that only you have made changes to your account.
surgaplay Account Settings: Profile and Security
Profile Information and KYC Verification
The Profile section of surgaplay Account Settings stores your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and residential address. We use this information for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, which is required before your first withdrawal. KYC protects both you and our platform by confirming your identity and preventing fraud.
During KYC, we ask you to upload a photo of your ID card (KTP, passport, or driver's license). We verify thedocument against Indonesian government records. This process usually takes a few minutes, though it may take longer during peak hours or if we need to request additional documentation. Once verified, you can deposit and withdraw freely.
You can update your phone number and email in surgaplay Account Settings at any time. If you change your phone number, we send a verification code to the new number to confirm the change. Your email is used for password resets and withdrawal notifications, so keep it current. If you move to a new city — say from Jakarta to Bandung — update your address in Account Settings so our records stay accurate.
Password and Two-Factor Authentication
The Security section of surgaplay Account Settings lets you change your password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA). We recommend changing your password every few months, especially if you use the same password on other sites. To change your password, go to Security, enter your current password, and create a new one. Your new password takes effect immediately, and all active sessions end — you must log back in on all your devices.
Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of protection. When 2FA is enabled, we send a one-time code to your phone or email every time you log in from a new device. This means even if someone obtains your password, they cannot access your account without the code. We recommend enabling 2FA if you link payment methods or hold a balance on surgaplay.
The Login History section shows every time you logged into surgaplay, including the device type, location, and timestamp. Review this monthly to spot any unfamiliar logins. If you see a login you did not make, change your password immediately and contact our support team.
surgaplay Payment Methods and Withdrawal Preferences
Adding and Managing Payment Methods
The Payments section of surgaplay Account Settings is where you link your DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank virtual account. To add a payment method, tap "Add Payment Method", select the type (e.g., mobile banking), and follow the prompts. For e-wallets, we redirect you to the app or browser to authorize the connection. For bank VAs, we generate a unique account number tied to local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking — you then transfer money to that number to deposit.
You can link multiple payment methods on surgaplay. This is useful if you want to deposit via local payment but withdraw to online payment, or if you have accounts with different banks. However, withdrawals must go back to the same payment method you used to deposit — if you deposited via e-wallet VA, your withdrawal goes back to mobile banking.
To remove a payment method, go to Payments, find the method you want to delete, and tap "Remove". We ask you to confirm the removal. Once removed, you cannot use that method for deposits or withdrawals until you re-add it. If you have a pending withdrawal to that method, we complete it before removing the method.
Withdrawal Settings and Review Windows
surgaplay processes withdrawals subject to standard verification windows. When you request a withdrawal, we review it to confirm the amount matches your balance and the destination matches your linked payment method. Most withdrawals are approved within standard business hours. During high-volume periods — such as Liga 1 finals, Idul Fitri, or Idul Adha — withdrawals may take longer.
You can set a daily withdrawal limit in surgaplay Account Settings if you want to cap how much you can withdraw per day. This is optional and helps some users manage their spending. To set a limit, go to Payments → Withdrawal Limits, enter your desired daily maximum, and confirm. The limit takes effect immediately.
surgaplay Account Settings puts you in control. Every change you make is logged, encrypted, and reversible.
Tips for Managing Your surgaplay Account
-
Review your Account Settings monthly
Check your Profile, Security, and Payments sections to ensure all information is current and no unauthorized changes have been made.
-
Enable two-factor authentication
2FA protects your account from unauthorized access. We send a code to your phone or email every time you log in from a new device.
-
Keep your phone number and email current
We use these to send verification codes, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts. If they are outdated, you may miss important notifications.
-
Log out from unfamiliar devices
Use the Session Management section to view active logins and log out remotely if you spot a device you do not recognize.
Notification Preferences on surgaplay
The Notifications section of surgaplay Account Settings lets you choose which alerts reach your phone. We send notifications for match updates, deposit confirmations, withdrawal approvals, and promotional offers. You can toggle each category on or off. For example, you might want match alerts during Liga 1 season but disable promotional messages during Idul Adha.
We also let you set quiet hours — a time window when wedo not send notifications. If you set quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, we queue non-urgent alerts and send them after 7 AM. Urgent alerts (like a withdrawal approval) still come through immediately.
Session Timeout and Auto-Logout
surgaplay automatically logs you out after subject to verification of inactivity on mobile for security. If you are in the middle of a bet or a live-dealer game, your session stays active. Once you stop interacting with the app, the15-minute timer starts. You can adjust this timeout in Account Settings — set it to subject to verification for standard security practices or subject to verification for convenience.
On desktop, the timeout is longer — subject to verification by default. You can change this in Account Settings as well. If you use surgaplay on a shared computer, we recommend setting the timeout to subject to verification and always logging out manually before closing the browser.
Data Export and Account Closure
surgaplay lets you export your account data — all bets, deposits, withdrawals, and personal information — in a standard format. Go to Account Settings → Data Export, and we generate a file you can download. This is useful if you want to keep records for tax purposes or if you are switching to another platform.
If you want to close your surgaplay account, go to Account Settings → Account Closure. We ask you to confirm the closure and verify your identity. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened — all your data is deleted after a standard retention period. Any balance remaining in your account is forfeited unless you withdraw it before closure.
We update surgaplay Account Settings regularly to ad new features and improve security. Check back here for the latest guidance on managing your profile, payments, and preferences.
