Quick Login on surgaplay saves your device fingerprint so you don't re-verify every time you open the app. We handle this securely: your password stays encrypted, your session token refreshes every few hours, and any unusual login attempt from a new device triggers a verification step. This balance means convenience without cutting corners on security.

How Quick Login Works on Mobile

Quick Login is our streamlined authentication system for mobile users. Once you sign into surgaplay the first time, we store a secure session identifier on your device. The next time you open the app or visit surgaplay in your browser, we recognize you and skip the password step—unless our security system detects something unusual, like a login from a new location or a new phone.

We use two layers: your email address and a one-time code we send via SMS or email. After you verify, we create a session that lasts until you log out or your device sits idle for subject to verification. If you use surgaplay from Jakarta, Surabaya, or Bandung, the same account works on all three devices once you verify your phone number. During Idul Fitri or when Liga 1 matches go live, your Quick Login session remains valid so you can follow game information without re-entering credentials.

Your account stays tied to your DANA account, e-wallet wallet, mobile banking balance, or local payment Virtual Account—whichever payment method you linked during signup. When you log in via Quick Login, surgaplay syncs your current balance, recent bets, and unread messages in real time. We check whether your account has any pending KYC reviews or withdrawal holds, and if so, we show a notification on login.

Android App Installation and Login

We distribute the surgaplay app via APK download from our site and from select app repositories. Download the APK, open it on your Android device, and allow installation from unknown sources in your security settings. Once installed, open surgaplay, enter your registered email, and we send a verification code to your phone number on file. Type the code into the app, and you're logged in. Android users see a "Remember this device" checkbox during login—check it, and Quick Login works for 30 days without re-verification.

Your Android phone stores your session locally in encrypted storage. If you uninstall and reinstall the app, you must log in again. We don't store your password; instead, we use a token that expires and refreshes automatically. Push notifications from surgaplay require that you grant notification permission during setup. You can turn them off in Android Settings → Apps → surgaplay → Notifications, or toggle them inside the app under Account Settings → Push Preferences.

iOS Browser Access and Safari

surgaplay works fully in Safari on iPhone and iPad. Visit surgaplay.bet, tap the email field, and enter your registered address. We send a verification code to your phone number—copy it from the SMS, paste it into Safari, and you're in. iOS users don't have an APK option, so Safari is our recommended flow. If you use Face ID or Touch ID on your iPhone, you can enable biometric unlock in surgaplay's browser settings.

Your iPhone stores login tokens in Safari's secure keychain storage. Apple's browser sandbox prevents us from accessing your data outside the surgaplay session. Push notifications on iOS require you to allow them when Safari prompts after login. You can revoke them in Settings → Notifications → surgaplay.bet.

Note: We recommend using surgaplay's native Android app for full speed and offline features. Safari on iOS is fully functional and secure, but the app reduces bandwidth usage by 30–non-specific info on slower connections.

Desktop Websites and Extended Sessions

You can also log in to surgaplay on a desktop or laptop. The login flow is the same: email, verification code, and you're through. Desktop browsers let you stay logged in longer—up to 7 days if you check "Stay logged in." We don't recommend this on shared computers. If you use a public computer at an internet cafe in Jakarta or Medan, always log out manually and clear your browser cache before closing.

Push Notifications and Data Usage

Once you're logged into surgaplay, we can send you push notifications about match starts, game information updates, and deposit confirmations. These notifications use minimal data—typically 1–5 KB each. On a slow 3G connection, notifications arrive within 30 seconds of the event. We batch notifications so you don't get spammed: you might see one combined alert about three Liga 1 matches instead of three separate ones.

You control notification types in surgaplay's Account Settings. We default to informational alerts (match updates, withdrawals) but let you opt out of promotional messages. Some users in Bandung or Medan disable notifications entirely to save data during Idul Adha or other holidays when mobile networks get congested. Disabling notifications doesn't affect your login or your ability to check live scores inside the app.

Payment Verification and Account Security

When you first log into surgaplay with your email, we check whether your account has completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. If not, you see a prompt to verify your ID number and upload a photo of your ID card. This takes subject to verification. Once verified, you can deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. Each payment method requires you to confirm the amount before the transaction goes through.

After you deposit, your balance updates in the app within 30 seconds on most connections. Withdrawals take longer: we review them during business hours, and once approved, the money goes back to your mobile banking account, local payment wallet, or bank account within 1–2 hours. Quick Login doesn't change this timeline; it only gets you into your account faster.

Tips and Best Practices for Quick Login

  1. Keep your registered phone number current

We send verification codes to this number. If you change phones, update it in surgaplay Account Settings before your old number gets recycled.

  2. Don't check "Remember this device" on public WiFi

Use it only on personal devices. On shared internet at an office or cafe, log in without the remember option so your session ends when you close the browser.

  3. Review your login history monthly

Go to Account Settings → Security → Login History to spot any unexpected logins from unusual locations or times. If you see something wrong, change your password immediately.

  4. Turn off notifications before sleep or work

surgaplay respects quiet hours: if you disable notifications from 10 PM to 7 AM, we queue non-urgent alerts and send them after 7 AM. You won't miss anything, and your sleep stays undisturbed.

Quick Login is fast because we encrypt your session once and trust it for 30 days—not because we skip security checks.

What Happens If You Forget Your Password

If you forget your password, tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen. We send a reset link to your registered email. Click it, create a new password, and log in with the new one. Your active sessions end immediately for security, so you must log back in on all your devices. This protects you if someone gains access to your email account.

Offline Access and Cached Data

Once you log in, surgaplay caches basic data on your phone: your account balance, last 50 bets, and available game titles. If your connection drops while browsing the game library, you can still view this cached data. game information and current match scores require a connection, so you can't place new bets offline. When you reconnect, surgaplay syncs automatically and you're current.

We recommend logging out if you lend your phone to someone. Quick Login makes it tempting to leave yourself logged in, but a logout takes 2 seconds and protects your account and payment methods. If you ever suspect unauthorized access, change your password, review your login history, and contact our support team from a secure device.
